And Hats Off to the community for their generous response to the KD and Condensed Soup Call to Action.  The Food Bank now has enough KD to last until well into 2019, most of which was donated.

Special thanks go to KCPS student Madeleine Nikmanesh for rounding up 300 boxes and 300 tins by canvassing her contacts in King and beyond.

Back To School was a great success, due largely to the donation by Nobleton Lions, while Back To School haircut were offered free of charge by stylists Cristina Monopoli and Dylan Twigg at Hairport Salon, Kleinburg on a Sunday in August.  Through the generosity of Villaggio Restaurant also at Nashville Road and Hwy 27, a delicious lunch was provided to all the volunteers.
